Role Clarity:

The primary purpose of this role is to provide exceptional service to a Commercial and SME book of clients. This role will be responsible for leading and developing support staff, so could well be the step up you have been waiting for.

An individual with a thirst for Business Development will flourish in this role.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Sound experience in General Insurance Broking is essential
• Previous experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Executive
• Understanding of Business Pack, ISR, Commercial Fleet, and all other general insurance products is a must!
• Tier 1 qualification is a minimum and Diploma qualification is highly regarded
• Outstanding customer focus and approach to business
• Excellent communication and sound interpersonal skills
• Effective negotiating skills
• Ability to liaise with colleagues, clients and business partners across a wide range of industries
• Strong administration skills, Microsoft Office (good knowledge of Word)
