We’re proud to offer the Employee Assistance Program for both staff and their immediate family to ensure our people feel supported whenever they may need help.

We’re also extremely involved in our communities where we give staff opportunities to support our affiliated charities like ‘The Reach Foundation’ and ‘The Children’s Cancer Institute’ at our Annual Fundraising Ball, volunteering at RMHC, paid volunteering leave and more.

Training & Development

In addition to extensive internal training throughout the year, we also support external industry programs and encourage our staff to access opportunities provided by NIBA and other relevant training bodies.
